Hey, you kids who like felting in art’s week and with Ms Pryor, you would love this artisanal craft cooperative I visited in Marrakech. Check out these cool pix. The men working there were really nice, explaining to me (in French of course!) how they prepare the wool, wash it with ‘savon noir’ (a gloppy but really nice soap made with olive oil, you can see some in front of older man) and rub it all together, them add more layers. I’d never seen the process before, it was really intersting. The prices were very inexpensive, When I get back, I’ll show you some of the things I bought.
